Simona Spirovska was born in 1985 in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. She graduated and received her master's degree from the Department of Dramatic Actors, at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, in Skopje, in the class and under the mentorship of prof. Vladimir Milchin. From 2011 to 2013 he worked as a demonstrator at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, on the subject Stage Movements and Dances. She is currently employed at the Theater for Children and Youth , Skopje and is part of the Artopia Association .

An active member of the ensemble, and can be frequently seen on the regular repertoire of the Theater for Children and Youth, including: Oliver Twist, directed by Srdjan Janacievic, Sleeping Mind gives birth to monsters and Our Class, directed by Vladimir Milcin, The Snow Queen, directed by Dragana Milosevska, Sidartha, directed by Jane Spasic and others ( in over 10 in-house pieces), as well as in the plays that are part of Artopia's repertoire: Greet him and kiss him from me, directed by Biljana Radinoska and Experiment, in directed by Jane Spasic.

Regularly collaborates with the Cantieri Teatrali Koreja, from Lecce, Italy, as part of the cast in the play La parola padre (The Word Father), directed by Gabriele Vaciz.

Participated in many film and television projects.

Also works as a choreographer on numerous theater and television projects
